摘    要:在理论空燃比燃烧条件下,研究某小功率LPG发动机喷气占空比的开环控制策略。在分析各种影响因素基础上,选择节气门开度和发动机转速作为影响喷气占空比的因素,拟合了喷气占空比多元线性回归方程。试验结果表明,回归方程拟合精确度高,占空比预测值与观测值之间的相对误差都不超过3.0%。在开环控制中,可以直接利用得到的回归方程取代喷气占空比MAP图进行软件编程,应用新控制系统后,超调量下降了7.0%。

Abstract:On the condition of theoretical air--fuel ratio (A/F), a study on the strategy of open --loop control of jet duty--cycle for some low--power LPG engine was carried out. The throttle percentage and engineer speed were selected as the effecting factors of jet duty cycle by analyzing various effecting factors, and a multivariate linear regression equation for jet duty--cycle was fitted. The result showed the regression equation has a high accuracy, and the relative errors between the observations and predictions are less than 3.0~. The regression equation, instead of map of jet duty--cycle, can be used directly for software programming for open--loop control, and the overshoot can be down by 7.0% based on the application of new control system.
