HPLC法同时测定小花鬼针草中3种黄酮类成分含量

建立了HPLC法同时测定小花鬼针草中芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷含量的方法。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为360 nm。结果表明,芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷在0.50~12.50μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、0.49~12.35μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、0.42~10.55μg/mL(r=0.999 5)范围内线性良好,平均回收率为99.37%(RSD=0.56%)、99.35%(RSD=0.57%)、99.68%(RSD=0.56%)。该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于同时测定鬼针草中3种黄酮成分的含量。

HPLC based simultaneous three flavonoid contents determination for Bidens parviflora Willd.

We establish a HPLC based method for determining the contents of rutin,hyperoside and quercetin from Bidens parviflora Willd.The linear ranges of rutin,hyperoside and quercetin are 0.50 ～ 12.50 μg/mL（r=0.9999）,0.49 ～ 12.35 μg/mL（r =0.999 8）,0.42 ～ 10.55 μg/mL （r =0.999 5）,and the average recovery rates （n =3） are 99.37％ （RSD =0.56％）,99.35％ （RSD =0.57％）,99.68％（RSD =0.56） under the conditions of Diamonsil-C18 column,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2％ glacial acetic acid,flow rate of 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 360 nm.The method is simple,accurate and repeatable and can be employed to determine three flavonoid contents from Bidens parviflora Willd.
