摘    要:根据国家安全生产监督管理总局网站事故查询系统信息,对2004—2012年发生的山岭隧道施工事故总体状况以及按照区域、月份、时点和类型进行统计分析,发现山岭隧道施工事故的分布规律和特征:在区域分布上由西部向东部递减,在月份分布上存在年底"翘尾现象",在日工作时点分布上存在"双峰现象",在事故类型分布上坍塌事故最多、爆炸事故次之。为防止和降低事故风险,提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract:Based on the information from the State Administration of Work Safety, the safety incidents in mountain tunnel construction from 2004 to 2012 in China are analyzed. The distribution characteristics of incidents from the view of region, month, time, and type are found. Regional distribution from the West to the East decreases progressively. The month distribution presents a "Big Tail Phenomena". The de facto distribution shows a "Two Peaks Phenomena". With the incidents type, collapsing occurs most frequently, which is followed by explosion. In order to prevent and decrease the incidents, some measures are put forward.
