| 摘 要： | 在当今社会各种思潮的冲击下,大学生群体的特殊性对高校辅导员及其工作带来了更大的挑战,因此如何弘扬大爱精神,端正辅导员价值取向就成为提高辅导员工作水平必须要面对的问题。只有准确认识大爱精神,贯穿到辅导员工作的全过程,努力提升辅导员自身综合素质,发挥辅导员人格魅力,认清辅导员工作价值,找准定位,辅以完善的辅导员发展机制,才能够真正的提高辅导员队伍的整体工作水平。

| Abstract: | Under the impact of various ideological trend in today＇s society, the particularity of the college students has brought a bigger challenge to the college counselors and their works. How to carry forward the spirit of great love, correct counselor value orientation has become the problem to improve the level of counselor work. Only accurately understanding the spirit of great love and promoting the counselor＇s own comprehensive quality, it could to be able to enhance the overall level of job of the counselor team. |
