试论开放大学教学文化建构

在推动广播电视大学向开放大学转型过程中,教学文化建设具有核心地位与基础性作用.开放大学办学理念与模式,决定了开放大学教学文化建设应当具备“开放共享”、“实践参与”、“数字互动”、“个性化”、“支持化”等特征.建设开放大学教学文化,需要努力构建符合开放大学的教学理念、注重教师教学发展和有效利用数字化学习资源.

Construction of Teaching Culture in Open Universities

In the process of transformation from radio and television universities to open universities, the construction of teaching culture has a core position and a fundamental role. The philosophy and model of open universities determine that the construction of teaching culture in open universities should be characterized by ＂share＂, ＂practice＂, ＂interaction＂ , ＂specialness＂ and ＂ support＂ In order to construct the teaching culture in open universities, the following three aspects should be conducted, i.e. firstly, teaching idea that complies wit.h the open university should be formed, secondly, the teacher development should be motivated, and thirdly the effeetive use of digital learning resources should be promoted.
