| Abstract: | Cooperative R&D has aroused popular interesting,What about the performance of the government-sponsored commercial projects?In this paper,I analyze the diffculties of evaluating the effects of government-sponsored cooperative R&D,and review several recent mircoeconometric evaluation studies,and try to clarify the potential shortcomings and explain how the methodology can be improved. |
