摘    要:探讨了在高碳和高碳当量(C·E≈4.7%)的情况下,生产铸态奥贝球铁的可能性。在铜钼加入量一定时,得到了降低镍加入量获得奥贝组织的极限值,得出镍是有效推迟奥氏体相交和获得贝氏体基体的元素。为了在低镍含量下获得较高强度的铸态奥氏体贝氏体球铁,探讨了加入微量硼提高基体淬透性以获得以下贝氏体为主的基体的可能性,得出微量硼是降低镍的加入量,较大幅度提高球铁的强度和硬度的有效元素。通过四元两水平正交实验法,得出镍铜钼硼在一定的配比下可获得高强度的铸态奥贝球铁。

Abstract:The paper explores the possibility of producing austenite-bainite nodular cast iron in actually as-cast conditions with 3. 7% carbon and 4. 7% carbon equivalent. When same amount of Cu and Mo is used,the critical amount of Ni can be determined if it is added to produce austainite and bainite structure. The result shows that Nickle is an effective element,able to postpone the phase transition of austenite and change the matrix structure into austenite matrix. In order to obtain austenite-bainite nodular cast with high strength and low content of Ni, Trace Boron can be added partly to substitute the role of Ni and, as a result, the strength and hardeness of austenite-bainite nodular cast iron as-cast can be greatly improved. By using the 4 elements 2 levels orthodox test method,high strength austenite-bainite nodular cast iron in actually as-cast conditions can be produced after Ni,Mo,Cu and B are added at certain mix rate.
