固相烧结法中烧结温度对Pb(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3结构和性能的影响

摘    要:采用固相烧结法制备了Pb(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3,应用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、铁电测试仪等技术系统研究了烧结温度对PZT结构和性能的影响。结果表明,所得样品为完全钙钛矿结构,且随着烧结温度的升高,样品衍射峰值的强度和颗粒尺寸逐渐增大,但当温度过高时,破环了材料的结构。900℃下得到的样品具有较好的铁电性能。

Abstract:Pb (Zr0.2Ti0.8 ) O3 are prepared by solid-state sintering at various temperatures. Techniques such as X-ray diffraction ( XRD), photo-microscope, ferroelectric measurement tester are used to characterize the impacts of sintering temperature on the structural and physical properties of PZT. It is shown that with the increase of processing temperature, the X-ray diffraction intensity of PZT become more stronger and the particulate size becomes more bigger. But when the temperature is too high, it will damage the structure of material. The optimized sintering temperature is 900℃, at which the sample has the best ferroelectric properties.
