混合式气体发生器用爆破膜爆破压力分析

摘    要:混合式气体发生器在汽车、航空、航海、军工等领域有着广泛应用,而我国对混合式气体发生器技术研究尚处于起步阶段。因此,研究开发混合式气体发生器产品并拓展其应用领域,具有重要理论和现实意义。针对混合式气体发生器的关键技术之一——爆破膜破裂压力的一致性,建立了力学模型,分析了爆破压力的影响因素,并应用SolidWorks COSMOSXpress分析了爆破膜的应力和位移分布,针对理论分析设计了实验方案,获得了较好的实验数据,使用材料in-conel600、厚度0.3 mm、直径21.5 mm平面圆片状爆破膜,测得爆破压力为44 MPa,证实了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:A hybrid inflator has a wide range of applications in automobiles , aviation, navigation, and arms industry.However, the research of the hybrid inflator technology is still at the initial stage in China .Therefore, it has importanttheoretical and practical significance for the research and development of hybrid inflators .Aiming at burstingpressure uniformity of the rupture disk, which is the key technology to the hybrid inflator , the mechanical modelwas founded and the influencing factors of the bursting pressure were analyzed .The rupture disk stress and displacementdistribution were analyzed with SolidWorks COSMOSXpress .The experiment was designed according to theo -retical analysis, and better experimental data was obtained.Using the material of inconel 600, with thickness of 0.3mm and diameter 21.5 mm, the rupture pressure was tested to be 44 MPa, proving accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
