摘    要:针对变频器控制面板操作复杂,专业化要求较高且无法实现实时控制的问题,建立了基于RS485串行通信接口的三菱变频器网络控制系统。采用三菱变频器专用通信协议实现工控机对变频器的启动、状态监测以及对变频器内部参数的读写。以速度控制为例,给出了基于RS485进行串行通讯控制的解决方案。实验结果表明,该方案可以实现电机在工作过程中的平滑无极调速,调速精度小于±0.2%。

Abstract:Aiming at the complex , specialty requirements and unfulfillable real-time control of a frequency changer , the Mitsubishi inverter network control system based on RS 485 serial communication interface was established .Mit-subishi inverter communication protocol was used in inter-process communication ( IPC) to drive control panel star-tup, monitor status, as well as read and write to the inverter internal parameters .Speed control and torque control application case were given based on RS 485 serial communication and control solutions .The results show that the smooth stepless speed regulation can be realized during the working process and the precision is less than ±0.2%.
