摘    要:在跨栏跑技术教学中,作者运用现代结构一定向教学理论,采用学导程序教学法,应用“叠加式小步子”教学手段并结合心理训练中的表象训练、念动训练、心理定势等共同作用于跨栏技术教学,经实验验证,该教学理论和方法对提高教学质量、教学效果、加速掌握动作技能方面起到了重要的促进作用,本文为深化田径技术教学改革,丰富教学理论体系与实际运用提供了理论参考与实践依据。

Abstract:In teaching hurdle run technique, the authors have applied the modern structure-orientated theory, adopted the study-guided programmed teaching method, practiced the "section-steps of superposing type" teaching means and combined psychological training, such as the image training, the intentional training and the psychological fixed-stated. After the testable experiments, this teaching theory and methods could play vital role in improving teaching quality and teaching results and accelerating the mastering motion skill in hurdle teaching. The paper offers theoretical reference and practical basis for deepening the reform of the technique teaching in track and field, enriching theoretical teaching system and for practical applying.
