企业新员工工作倦怠成因及干预对策

摘    要:在企业中,新员工出现工作倦怠现象越来越严重,给个人和企业都带来了诸多负面影响。从人力资源管理角度,结合新员工特点,从岗位分析、招聘、培训、绩效考核、职业生涯规划等方面分析企业新员工工作倦怠的成因,并提出相应的干预措施:做好岗位分析工作,完善任职资格管理;杜绝招聘环节的虚假信息;建立多样化的新员工入职培训体系;建立科学公平的绩效考核体系,畅通绩效沟通渠道;及时帮助新员工进行职业生涯规划等。
