摘    要:1 IntroductionLittle previous work has been reported on the generation of operational sketches.However,there are two major strategies for generating operational sketches. Abstract:This paper points out the limitations of both parametric and geometric model methods commonly applied to generate operational sketches in CAPP. The ideas of multi level graphic library are introduced and a new generative method based on this library which combines parametric method with geometric model method is presented. The principles and characteristics of the construction of the library are described in detail and the feature data structure corresponding with the library is also presented.
