大型柴油发电机组进排气系统的积垢诊断

定义了大型柴油发电机组进排气系统设备的积垢率，根据灰色系统动态预测模型的建模理论提出了大型柴油发电机组进排气系统积垢预测诊断模型和诊断方法，并以进排气系统中空气滤清器的积垢诊断为例，进行了运行试验和分析，用以监视设备运行中的积垢程度、预测积垢进展以及实现设备的清洗预报警。

STAIN DIAGNOSIS OF THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST SYSTEM IN THE LARGE DIESEL POWER UNIT

The accumulated stain ratio of the devices is defined in the intakeand exhaust system ofthe large diesel power unit.On the basis of the modeling theory of the grey system dynamicforcasting model,the stain model of forcasting and diagnosing is set up,and the diagnosingmethod is put forth.In addition, the test of the stain diagnosis has been carried out in the airfilter.The results show that the diagnosing method is feasible,which can monitor the staindegree of the operating devices,forcast the developing state of the stain and achieve the earlywarning of cleaning devices.
