摘    要:移动通信中由于用户分布不均造成无线接入点(AP)间的负载分布不均衡。现有的切换机制大都根据无线终端(MH)接收信号信噪比(SNR)的大小来触发切换及选择AP,忽略了负载的影响。本算法结合SNR和负载两个指标,利用强制切换策略来平衡AP间的负载,提高了系统的吞吐量。实验表明,强制切换机制使整个系统的吞吐量提高了50%左右。

Abstract:In mobile communication, because of user's uneven distribution, the load is quite unevenly among wireless access points (APs). Existing handoff mechanism according to received SNR of signal to arouse handoff or select AP, have neglected the influence of load. SNR and load are combine, balancing the load among AP by force, raise the systematic throughput. Algorithms improve throughput in the system by up to 50% in comparison to existing schemes.
