| 摘 要： | 通过对生理生化指标的测定,研究了光对菜豆叶枕外植体脱落的影响,证明红光抑制脱落过程是通过抑制离区组织的衰老而实现的,远红光可以促进离区组织的衰老.

| Abstract: | By the physiological and biochemical index the role of light in the regulation of abscission is examined in kidney bean pulvinus explants.The result obtained inditates that red light inhibits and far red light promotes senescence of the abscission zones.Ethylene synthesis in the tissue is reduced by red light and is promoted by far red light.Meanwhile, far red light appears to increase and red light,to decrease the tissue sensitivity to ethylene. |
