摘    要:网络营销是顺应时代潮流发展的一项营销技术,尽管房地产网络营销在现实发展中依然存在种种问题,但是房地产网络营销的发展是行业、技术、市场的必然要求,优势明显。全面推进房地产网络营销工作任重道远,要从社会环境、风俗习惯、法律法规、行业管理、技术融合等方面共同入手,才能取得良好绩效。

Abstract:Internet marketing is such a marketing, that complies with the developing tendency of the day. In spite of various problems in the real development, the development of the Internet marketing of real estate remains obvious dominant position since it is the inevitable requirement of trades, technology and market. Advancing the Internet marketing of real estate in an all-round way takes a heavy burden and embarks on a long road, which should start with social environment, customs, law and regulation, industrial management and technical amalgamation. Thus it can obtain good achievements.
