油菜素内酯对玉米幼苗抗旱性的影响

摘    要:用油菜内酯喷施玉米幼苗叶片,在干旱条件下,对叶片的生理特性及植株的形态特征有明显的调节作用。与清水喷施对比,经油菜素内酯处理的玉米幼苗脯氨酸含量增加,细胞膜系统完整性良好,叶绿素含量增大,相对含水量提高,株高和叶面积增加,从而提高了幼苗的抗旱性。而在用油菜素内酯处理的几个浓度中,0.1ppm的油菜素内酯对提高玉米的抗旱性效果最好。

Abstract:Obvious regulating function on physiological characteristic of leaves and shape characteristic of plant was observed by spraying maize seedings with brassinolide under drought condition. Compare with spraying water, content of proline increased; the cell membrane system of it is intact; chlorophyll content of maize seedlings increased notably; relative water capacitive increased; plant height and root volume increased; the area of leaf also increased. But is these concentrations, the 0.1ppm is the best one.
