试论中国英语和中国式英语

英语与中国文化的结合形成了具有中国特色的英语变体——中国英语（ChinaEnglish）。中国英语有益于传播中华文化，将随着中国人使用英语的普及和中国特色的形成而逐渐发展，从而丰富和发展英语与世界文化。中国英语与中国式英语存在区别，也有其联系。中国式英语（Chinese English）是中国人在学习和使用英语的过程中，由母语的负迁移影响而形成；中国英语表现在语音、词汇、及语篇层次上，这启示我们在英语学习与英语教学中必须重视中国英语这一客观存在。

On China English and Chinese English

English will undergo a process of nativization and form a new variety during its prevalence over the world. English combines Chinese culture and forms a variety with Chinese characteristics, so China English came into being. It will contribute to the prevalence of Chinese culture. Meanwhile during the procedure of learning and using English, Chinese English users form their way of speaking and writing Chinese English. This paper looks back at the research of China English briefly and discusses the differences between Chinese English and China English. Then it focuses on its features at the linguistic levels of phonology, lexis, and discourse. It also discusses the future of China English. Finally, it points out the great value to English teaching and learning
