嵌段聚氨酯脲的序列分布研究

摘    要:用高分辩13CNMR技术研究了不同硬段浓度的聚醚型嵌段聚氨酯脲(PUU)弹性体的序列长度和序列分布。结果表明,PUU的硬段平均序列长度随PUU中聚脲的摩尔浓度增加而增加;嵌段PUU内软硬段的链结构也随聚脲摩尔浓度的增加由交替共聚向嵌段共聚变化,硬段浓度愈高,嵌入的硬段长度也愈大。

Abstract:Segmented Polyurethaneureas (PUUs) were prepared from linear poly(Propylene oxide) polyether, 4, 4 '-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) anddiethyltoluene diamine (DETDA) by the two-step solution polymerhation. 13C NMRspectra of the PUUs were measured and the mean sequence lengths ofpolyurethane block and polyurea block were estimated from the signals ofaromatic carbons. The mean sequence lengths of hard segments increased withthe increasing molar fraction of polyurea. Also, the blockness increased withthe increasing hard segment concentration.
