急性白血病化疗后骨髓组织印片与涂片的同步观察

目的：探讨急性白血病化疗后骨髓增生程度的判断及残留白血病细胞分析的更为有效的方法。方法：常规髂后上嵴骨髓穿刺涂片，用环钻法获取骨髓组织制成印片，印片与涂片同时进行染色并进行细胞分类计数及形态观察。结果：在有核细胞增生程度及白血病细胞分布和数量的观察上，骨髓印片优于涂片检查。结论：骨髓涂片与印片同步观察是判断急性白血病化疗后骨髓增生程度及白血病细胞残留情况分析的有效方法，骨髓组织印片可作为常规检查方法以弥补涂片检查的不足。

Relationship Between Bone Marrow Smear and Print of Trephine Biopsy in Post- Chemotherapy of Acute Leukemia

Objective:To explore more effective way to observe the hemopoietic cell in post-chemotherapy of acute leukemia.Methods:Aspired and smeared the bone marrowin post iliac crest first,then got the borne marrow tissue by trephine biopsy at same place.Put the bone marrow tissue on a clear glass make the print.Observed hemopoietic cells both in the bone marrow smear and print Results:For analysis the hemopoietic cells the way of bone marrowtissue print is better than bone marrow smear.Conclusion:The bone marrowtissue print could be a routine for completing the bone marrowsmear and combine two ways for evaluation the hemopoietic cells in post-chemotherapy in acute leukemia is recommended.
