| 摘 要： | 采用盆栽法,通过考察9个苇状羊茅品种(系)在4个盐浓度下的形态指标和生理指标来研究其耐盐性.形态指标主要有存活苗数、相对株高、生物量.生理指标主要测定了游离脯氨酸含量和质膜相对透性.结果表明随着盐胁迫时间的延长,存活苗数、相对株高和生物量呈递减趋势,脯氨酸含量和质膜相对透性呈递增趋势;此外,还从中发现3个品种的耐盐性较高.

| Abstract: | In this paper,9 varieties of Festuca arundinacea Schreb were studied under 4 concentrations of NaCl solution by pot experiments.Morphological indexes(mainly plant survival rate,the relative height and biomass weight) and physiological indexes(relative membrane permeability and free proline content) were observed.So the salt tolerance was comprehensively assessed.The results showed that with the extension of time under salt stress,plant survival rate,the relative height and biomass dry weight increased,relat... |
