论全面推进西藏中小学教师继续教育的发展方向

西藏中小学教师继续教育的发展需要新型的教师培养与培训机制。实现西藏中小学教师继续教育的跨越式发展的宏伟目标,改革和发展西藏中小学教师继续教育,提高教师整体的教育素养是突破口。从西藏政治经济文化和基础教育的发展现状看,改革的基本方向:⑴以发展教师专业化教育为主;⑵以新课程和高校为依托跨越式地推进中小学教师继续教育;⑶构建“渗透式”的继续教育办学模式。

Promoting the Development of Continuing Education of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Tibet

A new teacher training system is necessary for the development of continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in Tibet. To promote the teachers' qualification is the breakthrough points in achieving the great goal, viz. the leap-forward development of continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in Tibet. In accordance with the reality of Tibet's political and economic development and basic education, the objective of the reform should put the main stress on developing the teachers' professional education. The leap-forward development of continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers also should rely on new curriculums and the supports from universities. It is also vital to design 'an in-depth education model' for continuing education.
