上海市财政性教育投资与经济增长关系的实证研究

摘    要:根据上海市统计局发布的1978年—2010年度的相关数据,运用EViews计量经济学软件建立财政教育投资和国内生产总值增长率的关系模型,对两者的相关性进行实证分析。结果发现教育投资对上海当地经济增长起到一定的推动作用,但是这种推动相对于经济增长对教育的推动力相对要弱。最后,针对上海市教育与经济发展的实际情况,提出相应的政策建议,为上海市以及我国的财政教育体制改革提供参考。

Abstract:According to the data from 1979 to 2010 conducted by Shanghai Statistic Bureau,the mathematical models of Shanghai’s economic growth and education investment will be established by using the Eviews software to study the correlation between them,which is found that the fiscal education investment promotes Shanghai’s economic growth to some extent,but the promoting effect is weaker than Shanghai’s economic growth to education.Therefore,based on the developing situation of Shanghai’s economy and education,some targeted countermeasures are advanced,which will provide scientific grounds for Shanghai or China in reforming the fiscal education system.
