摘    要:重点论述离网型太阳能逆变器的驱动技术.为了提高太阳能逆变器的可靠性,提出了一种基于IR2130的驱动电路设计.在该设计中,由IR2130构成的驱动电路实现系统的驱动、保护功能,为太阳能逆变器的安全、稳定运行提供有力保障.首先给出了基于IR2130的驱动电路的详细接线图,然后结合在太阳能逆变器中的实际应用,给出了一些实用的解决方案,为IR2130的应用提供指导.最后将所设计的驱动电路在实验室进行了实验,验证所设计驱动电路功能的正确性和有效性.实验结果证明了基于IR2130的驱动保护方案的正确性和可行性.

Abstract:The driving technology of inverter used in off-grid solar is disscussed in this paper. In order to improve the reliability of solar inverters, proposing IR2130 as a Solar Inverter-driven conservation programmes. In the proposed strategy, the driving circuit consists of intelligent integrated driving mode/Ilq2130 which has the function of driving and protection to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the Solar Inverter. First of all, the detailed application schematic diagram of the circuit is derived and then Combine the practical application of the Solar Inverter, come up with some practical solutions. Finally, with the aim at testing the performance of the driving circuit designed in this paper experiment in laboratory is completed. Experimental results dem- onstrate that the correctness and viability of the protection scheme based on IR2130 drive.
