| 摘 要： | 现代企业的竞争往往体现为企业综合能力的竞争,提升企业综合竞争力成为中国企业人的共识.企业越来越注重综合素质人才的培养和使用,单纯具备文字能力和事务性工作能力的文秘人员已不能力适应现代化企业综合实力提升的需求,培养具备综合素质的秘书人才,并使文秘人才的培养更契合现代化企业工作岗位的要求,以达到适销对路、教以致用已成为高职文秘专业迫切需要解决的问题. |

| Abstract: | The competition between modern enterprises manifests their comprehensive capacity.The promotion of competitive power has become the Chinese business elites＇ mutual recognition.Enterprises pay more attention to training and using the overall quality talented persons.Those secretaries who only have the writing and business working ability no more adapt to modern enterprise.It has been what should be settled immediately to train suitable secretarial personnel and make them adapt better to the needs of modern enterprise posts. |
