摘    要:
对55SiMnMo钢在腐蚀环境中进行了疲劳试验研究,试样采用三种不同热处理方法进行处理。结果表明,正火加回火处理对提高钎杆的疲劳寿命效果最佳。

Abstract:
Fatigue limit is of importance to drill steel 55 SiMnMo since it is being widely used in China. Specimens were heat-treated in three different ways to investigate their fatigue limits through tension, impact and bending tests under corrodible conditions. A prediction equation is thus derived from S-N diagram to estimate the fatigue limit. Results show that an optimum fatigue limit can be expected if using a drill bar made from 55 SiMnMo steel through proper normalizing plus tempering.
