关于滴状冷凝成核密度和热交换系数的研究

摘    要:根据成核密度的理论关系式,模拟了不同温差条件下冷凝表面的液滴生长过程,结果显示:液滴尺寸分布具有分形特征,分形维数随着温差的增大而增大;冷凝表面的热交换系数随着温差的增大也相应增大,模拟结果与实验结果相符。

Abstract:In this paper,based on a theoretical expression of droplet nucleation density,droplet growth processes on condensing substrate is simulated under different temperature differences.According to the simulation results,it is concluded that:droplet size distribution is fractal,the fractal dimension increases with the temperature difference, and heat transfer coefficient also increases with the temperature difference,which is in good accord with experimen-tal results.
