数控机床伺服系统自适应模糊控制研究

摘    要:为了提高数控机床伺服系统的稳定性和控制精度,使系统具有较好的抗干扰和自适应能力,建立了数控机床伺服系统的数学模型,论述模糊自适应控制原理,确定了e、e&和U的隶属度函数及其赋值表,通过计算求出K1、K2、K3的值,在此基础上建立系统的控制规则,利用MATLAB/Simulink与模糊控制相结合对系统进行动态仿真,从仿真曲线分析得出结论:在加入白噪声后,系统依然稳定.由此可得:自适应模糊控制的自适应能力强,可以提高机床伺服系统的稳定性和控制精度,使机床伺服系统有较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:In order to improve the stability and control precision of CNC servo system, to make the system have better anti-interference and adaptive capacity, dynamic simulation for the feed servo system is done with the application of MATLAB combined with fuzzy control, mathematical model of the CNC servo system is established and the principle of fuzzy adaptive control is described. The membership function of e, b ff~, U and their assignment tables are determined to obtain the value of K~. K2. K3, based on which the control rules of the system is established. Analyzing the simulation curve, it is concluded that the system remains stable after added the white noise. That is adaptive fuzzy control has good adaptive ability and can improve stability and control accuracy of the CNC servo system, and the feed servo system has good robustness.
