摘    要:对基于陶瓷行业的卓越工程师培养模式进行了研究,针对陶瓷类热能与动力工程专业具有专业知识多、实践性环节要求强的特点,探索如何构建陶瓷工程创新人才培养体系,在人才培养目标、专业培养模式、工程实践方案等方面走出独具特色的陶瓷工程创新人才培养之路。

Abstract:This paper is intended to do research on the training mode of excellent engineers in Ceramic specialty. Considering the knowledge of majors in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering is more professional and its requirements in practice are strict, the paper tends to explore how to build an innovation talent training system in Ceramic Engineering in order to speed up the pace of engineering education reform and find a unique Way for Ceramic Engineering innovation and talent training on the aspects of talent training objectives, professional training mode and engineering practice, etc..
