摘    要:为了改善超滤膜的使用性能,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)注膜液中直接添加异丙醇铝(AIP),制备了不同Al2O3含量的PVDF/Al2O3杂化超滤膜.并用扫描电镜、红外光谱、超滤实验、接触角和机械性能测试等手段对膜的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明: 由于AIP发生水解聚合反应,生成铝氧聚合物掺杂在杂化膜中,并与PVDF发生键联.当AIP添加量为12%时,杂化膜的通量比纯PVDF膜提高了83.36%,截留率由88.27%提高到96.64%,同时膜的亲水性、机械性能和抗污染性都得到改善.

Abstract:In order to improve the ultrafilter performance of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, the PVDF/Al2O3 organic–inorganic hybrid membranes with different Al2O3 content were prepared via in situ polymerization of aluminium isopropoxide (AIP)using a sol-gel process. FT-IR analysis showed the existence of Al2O3 in hybrid membrane when AIP was added to the PVDF casting solution. The effects of AIP on the performances of hybrid membranes were investigated. The results showed that the pure water flux and the BSA retention were changing with the AIP content. When AIP content was 12 wt %, the pure water flux of hybrid membrane was increased with 83.36% compared to the neat PVDF membrane, and the BSA retention was improved from 88.27% to 96.64%. In addition, other performances of the hybrid membrane such as hydrophilicity, mechanical properties and anti-pollution were also improved.
