基于模糊层次分析法的电信业务网项目后评价研究

针对传统的项目后评价方法的缺陷,提出了运用模糊层次分析法对电信业务网项目进行综合评价.根据电信业务网项目的特点和项目后评价分析框架,构建了电信业务网项目投资后评价指标体系.并通过实例分析,运用模糊层次分析法对重庆电信2005年固网软交换设备扩容工程进行了综合评价,评价结果证明,模糊层次分析法在电信业务网项目后评价中具有合理性和可操作性.

Project post evaluation system for telecommunication services network items base on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process

Aiming at the defects of traditional project post evaluation methods of defects, this paper puts forward a method of using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to telecommunication service network projects for comprehensive evaluation. According to the characteristics of telecommunication service network project and project post evaluation analysis framework, it constructs telecommunication service network project investment evaluation index system. And through the analysis of examples, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process on the expansion project of the fixed softswitch of Chongqing telecom in 2005, The evaluation results show that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in a telecommunication service network project post evaluation has rationality and maneuverability.
