底部两层框-剪结构商住楼的抗震设计

摘    要:作为商住楼的底部二层框架—剪力墙、上部砌体结构的抗震设计方法 ,在规范中并无涉及。在其结构选型以及用TBSA程序进行结构计算时又存在着许多问题。本文结合工程实例介绍了在这类结构的结构设计中 ,通过增设剪力墙来加强建筑物的抗扭刚度 ,增强抗扭作用 ;为使楼板具有足够的平面内刚度 ,将第二层楼板厚度取为 12 0mm ;在用TBSA程序计算时 ,采用手动干预的措施 ,有效调整计算结果。实际计算表明 ,这些方法能使这类建筑具有较好的抗震能力 ,具有一定的实用性

Abstract:As two bottom stories of frame shear wall in commercial building,the methods of anti earthquake design of upper laying structure were not dealed with in code.There were many problems both in structure selection and in structure calculation with program TBSA. In this paper through engineering practice,the methods of setting shear walls to strengthen anti torsional rigidity of building was introduced.The practical calculation indicated that this method makes multistoried building with better anti earthquake capacity,thus it was feasible in structure design.
