| 摘 要： | 以体育行业职业的特征分析和体育行业新职业社会需求调查为依据,对我国15所（省份）城市进行问卷调查,从＂已开发职业——急需职业——需求职业＂三个层次勾勒出体育行业的职业开发体系。提出理疗康复师、青少年健康指导师、体育装备安全检测员、体育俱乐部经理人、体育赛事营销师、体育导游、青少年业余训练教练员和高尔夫球童8个为急需职业。成年人健康管理师、体育项目解说员、体育赛事策划师、体育赛事监管师、少数民族传统体育指导员、高尔夫球业余教练、残疾人体育指导员、定项运动培训师、拓展培训师9个为需求职业。
