摘    要:针对减压塔的结构特点,采用减压蒸馏装置的模块化模拟分析策略,把减压塔作为闪蒸过程与多个复杂吸收过程的串联流程,然后按照序贯模块法求解。对常减压蒸馏装置的模拟与优化进行了探讨,建立了该过程的模拟优化分析系统,可用于在线模拟分析、数据校正与优化控制。

Abstract:A new strategy of module simulation and optimization is proposed on the basis of the structure of the vacuum distillation tower. With the new strategy, the vacuum tower is considered as a series connection process of flashing and much complex absorption, then process simulation can be done by the sequential module method. Simulation and optimization of atmospheric and vacuum distillation plant has been discussed. And the process simulation and optimization system has been developed as a supporting program for the crude oil on-line process simulation and analysis, data reconciliation and process optimization and control.
