Design of Stamping Die for Rear Side-door and CAE analysis

In this paper we have introduced the design process and the main elements which we considered in designing stamping die for rear side-door based the CAE analysis. It has been proved that,with CAE analysis being applyed in stamping die design,it could provide optimal parameter and reliable criterion to determine whether problem would occur,thus enhance the design quality of the mold and increase the productivity.
