动车组车顶高压系统优化布置仿真分析

摘    要:基于有限元法,针对现有车顶设备建立三维仿真模型,通过对电场和气流场的分析,提出两种车顶设备布置优化方案.与原有方案进行对比表明:将高压隔离开关和电压互感器分别向受电弓底架中心线平移438mm和306mm时,受电弓1#位和3#位支柱绝缘子、高压隔离开关1#位绝缘子、高压隔离开关连接导杆及电压互感器连接导杆电场强度均有所下降,而高压隔离开关2#位绝缘子、受电弓2#位支柱绝缘子及电压互感器电场强度均略有增加,仅受电弓2#位支柱绝缘子和电压互感器风压下降;将高压隔离开关及电压互感器平移至受电弓底架中心线时,除高压隔离开关2#位支柱绝缘子表面最大场强略有升高外,其他部件表面最大场强均小于原有方案,且除受电弓2#位支柱绝缘子风压小幅度增加外,其余气压均下降.建议采用将高压隔离开关及电压互感器位置中心点与受电弓底架中心线重合的优化方式.

Abstract:The three-dimensional model of the present EMU roof layout was established based on finite element method.Through analyzing electric field intensity distribution and air flow field distribution,this paper proposed two optimization methods.Then comparisons were made be-tween the optimization methods and the previous.When moving the voltage transformer and high-voltage disconnector towards the center line of pantograph's underframe by 438 mm and 306 mm respectively,the maximum electric field intensity of the No.1 and No.3 pantograph insula-tors,the No.1 high-voltage disconnector,high-voltage disconnector connection guide rod and volt-age transformer connection guide rod is reduced,contrary to that of the No.2 high-voltage discon-nector,the No.2 pantograph insulator and voltage transformer,and only the air pressure of the No.2 pantograph insulator and voltage transformer is reduced.When moving the voltage trans-former and the high-voltage disconnector to the center line of pantograph's underframe,the maxi-mum electric field intensity of other parts,except for the No.2 high-voltage disconnector,is less than that of the original layout,and the air pressure of other insulators is decreased,excluding that of the No.2 pantograph insulator.It's recommended to move high-voltage disconnector and voltage transformer to make their position center locate on the center line of pantograph's under-frame.
