汽车空调系统蒸发器总成流场的CFD研究

摘    要:本文应用FLUENT软件对一种典型的汽车空调系统蒸发器总成的流场进行了CFD数值仿真分析.通过分析,发现了原蒸发器制冷剂流道结构的设计缺陷,提出了改进蒸发器芯体制冷剂流道结构,从而提高系统制冷量的方法.与实验结果相比,CFD分析的蒸发器出口平均温度的误差为7.5%,蒸发器总成进出口压降的误差为3.5%,表明该CFD模型可完全用于工程实际。进一步的实验表明,根据CFD分析结果改进蒸发器结构后的空调系统制冷量提高了8%.

Abstract:In this paper,a CFD analysis for flow field of a typical automobile air conditioning system evaporator assembly was carried out by using the commercial software FLUENT.After analysis,the design defect of the structure of refrigerant flow cannel of the evaporator core was found out.Correspondingly,an improving method for the structure was put forward.Compared with experimental data,the errors of the evaporator assembly outlet mean temperature and the inlet to outlet pressure drop were bellow 7.5% and 3.5% respectively.Testing the improved model we found that the cooling capacity of the air conditioning system was increased 8%.
