| Abstract: | The construction of administration ethics has been a word-wide trend.In this article,the source of public rights is analyzed,the difference between Chinese and western hypothesis of humanity in the administration ethics is probed and the features of Chinese and western administration ethics construction are compared.Then a tentative idea of the constrction of adminstration ethics during Chinese transformation is proposed. |
