金属基生物活性复合涂层的研究现状与展望

摘    要:在生物活性涂层材料中,复合涂层的性能明显优于单一涂层,本文评述了国内外金属基生物活性复合涂层的制备方法与特点,以及其广阔的发展前景,认为具有热膨胀系数梯度、孔隙度梯度和生物活性梯度的梯度结构是最理想的复合涂层结构。

Abstract:Composite coatings have better performance than that of single coatings in bioactive coating materials. In this paper, preparing methods and their features of bioactive composite coatings on metal substrate were reviewed, and extensive development prospects were expected. It is considered that graded structure including graded pores, heat expand coefficient and bioactivity was the ideal composite coating structure.
