含铝量对锌基合金耐磨性的影响

摘    要:研究了含铝量对高铝锌基合金在边界摩擦条件下耐磨性的影响,并探讨了锌基合金的磨损机理。研究结果表明,随着含铝量的提高,锌基合金的摩擦系数减小,耐磨性提高,在高速重载条件下,含铝量为48%的高铝锌基合金的耐磨性最佳。

Abstract:The effect of aluminium content on wear properties of high aluminium zinc-based alloys under the conditions of boundary friction test is studied in this paper. The wear mechanism of zinc-based alloy is analysed and discussed. The results show that the friction coefficient of zinc-based alloys tends to decrease and the wear resistance will increase with increasing aluminium content. The zinc alloy with 48% Al content has the best wear resistance under high speed and heavy load conditions.
