摘    要:本文论述了T10,GCr15钢在熔融硼砂盐浴中先渗铬然后渗钒复合处理的工艺条件。观察和分析了铬钒复合碳化物层的组织和相结构。比较了复合碳化物层与单层碳化物的硬度和耐蚀性能。对复合碳化物层的形成进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:This paper dealt with the multiple treatment by which T10, GCr15 steels were vanadized after chromizing in the fused borax bath. The mi-crostructure and phase composition of chrome-vanadium multicarbide coating were observed and analysed. Hardness and corrosion resistance of the multicarbide coating were compared with the single carbide coating. The authors also had a preliminary discussion on the forming mechanism of the multicarbide coating.
