| Abstract: | The Financial Lease Decision rules under the conditions of uncertainty based on both of the lease payment |nd the after-tax lease cost equivalent was discussed. The method of expected values and the probability distributions of the possible outcomes of the lease payment and the after-tax lease cost equivalent using computer simulation was provided to decision makers to sharpen their decision. |
