摘    要:窄线宽多波长光纤光源是光纤传感系统中的重要光源,可同时为多路复用技术中的传感器阵列提供所需的多个工作波长.为此对多波长光纤光源的稳态输出进行了数值模拟,理论分析了未泵浦掺铒光纤长度对输出线宽的窄化作用.同时实验构建了一种带有单程反馈和线宽窄化机制的多波长光纤光源,测量分析了这2种机制以及激光腔输出耦合比对多波长输出结果的影响.实验实现功率谱不平坦度〈土3dB时,多波长个数可达27个,3dB线宽约0.06nm,波长在50GHz范围内整体连续可调.

Abstract:Narrow linewidth multi-wavelength fiber source is one of the most important instruments in optical fiber sensor system,which can simultaneously provide many different wavelengths for sensor array in the multiplexing technique.The stable ouput of multi-wavelength fiber source and the linewidth narrowing mechanism of unpumped erbium doped fiber were simulated.A multi-wavelength fiber source with one-way feedback mechanism and linewidth narrowing mechanism was constructed experimentally.The impacts of the two mechanisms and the output ratio of laser cavity on the output were observed and analyzed.27 wavelengths with 0.06 nm linewidth were obtained within ±3 dB power variation,which can be tuned within 50 GHz.
