翅果油树不同龄级形态与生理的研究

摘    要:为了了解珍稀濒危植物翅果油树不同发育期的生长发育规律及不同龄级植株的形态和生理方面的差异,对翅果油树1年~6年生植株的形态、叶面积、叶绿素、光合速率等指标进行了测定.结果表明:3年、4年龄级翅果油树植株株高和胸径增长最显著;1年~4年龄级植株叶片叶面积明显高于5年~6年龄级植株叶片叶面积,并且4年龄级时达到最大值;随着翅果油树植株年龄的增大,叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率都逐渐减少,其中3年生植株叶片的叶绿素含量和光合速率下降幅度最明显,之后逐步趋于稳定。

Abstract:In order to understand the growth regularity and the difference of morphology and physiology in different age class for rave and endangered Elaeagnus mollis,the morphology,leaf area,chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of 1~6 years plant were determined.The growth of the plant height and breast diameter increased significantly for 3 and 4 age plant.The leaf area of plant in 1 to 4 age level is larger than that of 5 to 6,is largest at 4.The chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate of leaf decrease gradually with age,among which they decreased significantly in the 3 years plant leaf,and then gradually stabilized.
