摘    要:为解决路面预防性养护决策目标和方案属性的依存关系和反馈作用, 提出了基于网络层次分析理论的多属性预防性养护决策方法. 该方法将决策问题分为控制层和网络层, 控制层包括问题目标与决策准则, 网络层包括受控制层支配的元素组, 构成了相互依存反馈的网络结构. 通过实例, 以效益、成本和风险为约束, 抗滑能力、平整度、 裂缝、业主成本、用户成本、质量、资金和工期为准则, 对6种预防性养护方案进行了决策. 结果表明, 网络层次分析法更接近于实际决策环境, 是一种实用的预防性养护决策工具.

Abstract:In order to solve the pavement preventive maintenance decision-making problem which is characteristic of multiple-target, multiple-attribute with independent and feedback actions, a multi-attributes maintenance decision-making models are established, which are based on analytic network process. In ANP, the system elements of the object are classified into two parts: The first part is known as control element layer, including the decision target and criteria for the decision; and the second part is known as network layer, composed of interdependent elements controlled by the control layer. A practical example is selected to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method, which is under general principles of comprehensive consideration of cost, benefit and risk possibility, followed by detailed considerations of pavement performance indexes, such as skid resistance capacity, roughness, cracking, owner's costs, users' costs, quality risk, financial risk and work period risk; and for six preventive maintenance schemes. The results show that ANP are more likely close to practical decision environment.
