纳米碳管化学复合镀层的耐腐蚀性

摘    要:为了延长工件的使用寿命,提高金属的耐蚀性能,采用化学镀方法,米碳管增强镍磷复合镀层.结果表明:纳米碳管已均匀镶嵌在镍磷晶胞上.纳米碳管的引入使镍磷晶胞变细、孔隙度变小、致密性增加,并且纳米碳管有较高的电位,加速镀层的钝化,提高了耐蚀性.该复合镀层具有优异的耐蚀性能.

Abstract:Directed at prolonging the longevity of work element, and improving metal anti-corrosion property, the paper introduces the formation of carbon nanotube and Ni-P matrix composite coating on 45# steel depending on electroless. The result shows: the carbon nanotube homogeneous inlaied the brilliant afterbirth of Ni-P. The experiment of corrosion shows that the composite wear offers a better anti-corrosion property. The anti-corrosion property is superior in that the import of CNTs makes brilliant afterbirth of Ni-P thinner, pore dimension trail off, and leads to increase in density, CNTs possess advantages of improving and acceleratinge the capability of desensitization composite coating, and enhancing anti-corrosion property.
