基于向列相液晶缺陷的一维光子晶体可调滤波特性的研究

摘    要:用传输矩阵方法研究了基于向列相液晶缺陷的一维光子晶体的滤波特性,模拟了电压、液晶厚度和双折射对光子晶体透射谱的影响.结果表明,通过外加电压的变化,很容易改变光子晶体透射峰的位置和透射率,液晶层厚度和双折射对透射率有很大影响.据此可设计出一种具有较窄的3dB带宽和较高透射率的电压可调光子晶体滤波器.

Abstract:Based on nematic liquid crystal defect,the filter properties of one-dimensional photonic crystal were studied by transfer matrix method.The influence on transmission spectrum of the photonic crystal was simulated by choosing different voltage,liquid crystal's thicknesses and birefringence.Results showed that the location of transmission peak and transmittance of photonic crystal could be easily changed by changing applied voltage.It also showed that the thicknesses of liquid crystal and birefringence impose...
