| 摘 要： | 艮岳是北宋时期在都城东京建造的一座著名的皇家园林。它在有限的空间范围内，充分利用山石、水体、建筑、动植物等造园要素，创造出气势恢宏、构思缜密的皇家自然山水园林，精美而典雅。山石的设计，水体的聚合，建筑的构造，植物的配置，动物的放养，这些方面充分体现出这座皇家园林的文化内涵。

| Abstract: | Genyue is the most famous imperial gardens in Dongjing- capital of the northern Song dynasty. It is more than imperial gardens for it has been seen as one of the causes of the downfall of the northern Song dynasty by common people. Moreover, it is filled with beautiful water bodies, precious rocks, and all kinds of plants and animals. This essay will talk about the cultural connotation of the Imperial Gardens. |
