| 摘 要： | 本文用线性滴定法对参考文献［５］所制得的低粘、中粘和高粘度的壳聚糖分别测定其脱乙酰度，测定结果，它们的平均脱乙酰度分别为１５．７８％、６３．０５％和６７．７３％．变动系数均小于５％．

| Abstract: | The degree of deacetytation of the chitosan were determined by the linear titrimetric method. The average degree of deactytation are separately 15.75 %, 63. 05 % and 67. 73%. The results show the relative standard are not over 5%. |
